Chattanooga Downtown Partnership
The Chattanooga Downtown Partnership enhances the quality and viability of the downtown area by producing, coordinating and/or encouraging events and activities designed to animate and enliven the public spaces, and by providing the promotion and marketing necessary to attract people downtown.
Chattanooga Girls Choir
The Chattanooga Girls Choir was founded in 1987 by John Dyer in order to offer talented young ladies in the Chattanooga area the opportunity to develop musicianship, vocal technique, and performance skills. During its first 10 years of existence, the choir was affiliated with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and all rehearsals and concerts were held on the UTC campus. During that time, the Chattanooga Girls Choir grew from a small group of dedicated singers to an organization with a large touring choir and two younger training choirs.
Chattanooga Photographic Society
The Chattanooga Photographic Society is Chattanooga’s oldest photography and camera club. The PSC is an organization for beginner, amateur, advanced amateur, and professional photographers who associate for the mutual enjoyment of photography.
Chattanooga Public Art Program
Chattanooga’s Public Art Program is an extensive collection of work placed throughout the city, overseen by the Public Art Committee and managed by Allied Arts.
Chattanooga Symphony and Opera
The Chattanooga Symphony & Opera is the first combined professional resident symphony and opera company in the nation. Robert Bernhardt, Music Director and Conductor, leads the company’s artistic vision and is entering his 12 th season with the CSO.
